Telegram bots
Bots that take orders and payments, answer customers and report to your team, without falling over when a thousand people press the button at once.
Live demo
Watch it work.
A scenario from a real project, played step by step. Names and amounts are changed.
Most bots break in the same places: a payment that went through but was never credited, an order lost on restart, a queue that stalls at the first spike. We build them as small services with a database, a job queue and payment checks, so these things do not happen.
Typical tasks
- Orders, bookings and catalogues inside Telegram
- Payments through WayForPay, Stripe or Telegram Stars with signature checks
- Subscriptions and paid channels with single-use invites
- Telegram Business: replying from the company account, chats in your CRM
- Admin panel for your team: orders, users, broadcasts
- Alerts and daily reports from your other systems
What you get
- Source code in your repository and a server set up in your name
- Payments that are verified and credited exactly once
- Load test results for the volume you expect
- A short guide for your team and a handover call
Questions we hear.
Will the bot keep working if the server restarts?
Yes. State lives in the database, not in memory, and unfinished jobs are picked up again on start. We test this by killing the process mid-order.
Can you take over a bot someone else wrote?
Yes. We start with a short audit, tell you what is risky and what is fine, and then fix or rebuild in stages.
